Handbook Acknowledgement and Agreement

Please click here to read and/or download a copy of the Merry Hearts Preschool Handbook. By clicking the box below you acknowledge that you have read the Merry Hearts Preschool Handbook and accept ALL policies and guidelines contained therein.

Tuition Schedule and Agreement

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month from August to May. Payments can be made by cash or check made payable to Merry Hearts Preschool. With cash payment, please use exact change and place in an envelope. No late payments can be tolerated. A $20.00 late fee will be added to tuition paid more than five days after the due date. A $25 returned check fee will apply. Tuition for the upcoming school year is as follows:

1's Class Monthly Tuition: $195/month August - May.

Students in the 1's Class attend 2 days per week

(Tuesdays & Thursdays).

2's Class Monthly Tuition: $270/month August - May.

Student's in the 2's Class attend 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays).

3's & 4's/Pre-K Class Monthly Tuition: $350/month August - May.

Students in the 3's & 4's/Pre-K Classes attend 5 days per week

(Monday - Friday).

You are responsible for the full amount of tuition each month.

Consent to Photograph

Our students are occasionally involved in an activity that is photographed or video recorded. These images could be submitted to the local newspaperand Bethesda Church newsletter or used on our website and/or social media platforms. We need your permission to use your child's picture in this manner. Please check the appropriate box below.

Medical / Health Assessment

All Merry Hearts Preschool students are required to have a Medical Assessment on file. All health forms and vaccination records must be turned into the Merry Hearts Preschool before the first day of school.
